Bavan Bagh Phulkari 6 Seater Table Runner

Bring a piece of Punjab’s most celebrated embroidery tradition to your dining table. This table runner is inspired by a Bavan Bagh Phulkari from early 20th century undivided Punjab, originally worked in cotton and floss silk. Bavan Bagh means “fifty-two gardens”, and the name points to the dense, garden-like patterning that makes this style so loved. Phulkari, literally “flower work”, was traditionally stitched by the women of Punjab for weddings, festivals, and family occasions. This runner carries that heritage in a form made for everyday use. At 180 × 34 cm, it suits a six-seater dining table, and it also works well on a console, sideboard, or coffee table.
