THE PRODUCT WAS MISSING !!

Never thought I'd REGRET re-purchasing from MAP as I've always adored their statement home decors & my previous purchases , but here we go !

● Placed an order (#3048) worth 5k+ on 12th August

● Between 13th to 26th August, they shipped out TWICE with incorrect 8 digit contact number ( even after intimating through mail after the first instance ) , hence the courier couldn't contact / generate delivery OTP & the shipments got auto returned.

●On 31st August they responded to the mail & said it will be directly delivered from MAP store through local porter service instead of courier partner.

● On 2nd September evening, I finally received the package, delivered by DTDC - only to find that 2 OUT 6 PRODUCTS ARE MISSING INSIDE ( the table runner & 1 pair of placemats ) !

● Since then I have reached the support team twice over mail , with pictures of the received products / details of missing products so that they are shipped separately - but no response ! Even tried contacting the customer care number provided on website, but the person simply responded that the physical store doesn't have visibility to online orders!

●To add to it, I tried reaching out to both the Instagram pages for a resolution , but the messages were left on SEEN !

It's utterly disappointing to see this level of customer service from a brand of MAP's caliber ! Hope you folks start taking customer grievances more seriously & RESOLVE THIS CASE ASAP !
